A hands-on massage worked with oil, at the pressure and on the areas you ask for - from a targeted 30 minutes on the head, back, hands or feet to a full-body hour.
You can book it on its own, or combine it with one of our TCM therapies in the same visit.
Our therapist works with long, gliding strokes and kneading, adjusting the pressure along the way and staying on the areas you have asked for. You can ask for firmer or lighter at any point.
Every massage includes infrared light, and the session runs the full booked time - 30, 60 or 75 minutes depending on what you choose.

Our services range from targeted massage for the head, back, hand, or foot (each take 30 minutes), to full-body work with your choice of Swedish or Combination massage (each take 60 minutes), or our MeridianHealth Signature massage (75 minutes).
Yes. You can combine your massage with cupping (ventosa), gua sha, or moxibustion to enjoy two therapies in one session. The combined therapies take 75 minutes.
